WELCOME to the Elements 2020 program.

Our bespoke program runs over a 12-week, 3-phase period taking you through structured and meticulously planned sessions which will promote:

  • Total body muscle balance across the week
  • A progressive program enabling progress across 3 phases
  • Recovery sessions targeting YOUR individual weaknesses
  • A continued, and escalated approach to peak fitness
  • Long-term benefits and understanding of HOW to train

Your inclusion will grant you access to:

  • DAILY videos, including full-length workouts & recovery sessions
  • INSTRUCTIONAL, detailed videos of specific exercises and adaptations
  • ABILITY to train at home, at a time that suits you
  • BASIC at home equipment meaning no fancy tools needed
  • INTERACTIVE support sessions with coaches and other participants
  • PERSONAL COACH – who will advise you on specific sessions for your individual needs
