Gym-based Classes

Our class membership gives you access to our small-group sessions. These are all planned to compliment each other – allowing us to across the week work the full spectrum of fitness. With limitations on numbers, you can be sure to receive greater contact time with our team of knowledgeable & experienced coaches. Our bespoke approach is one we take time to plan, with each class a building block in your progression towards achieving a well-rounded fitness capacity.


Our strength sessions apply a split approach with one session focussing on knee hinge dominant exercises (Squat variations) and the other on hip hinge movements (Deadlift variations). Upper body & midline (core) work follows a horizontal/vertical plane split & ensuring to work all of the functions of the trunk, with ANTI movements a prominent feature.

Strength by definition is the ability to produce force – and each 3 month cycle of our strength sessions culminate in testing the ability of each individual to produce maximal force, in a way suitable for their experience, ability & movement limitations.

Our preparation & meticulous structure ensures that we lay appropriate foundations, tolerate the ability to manage additional loading & optimise our total body strength as a result.



Our mobility sessions are where we encourage everyone to begin their integration to classes at Elements. Proven techniques are used to improve range of motion in the bodies key areas of locomotion, addressing Individual joint issues initially before progressing to total body mobilisation exercises.

This is a gentle session, suitable for those new to functional training, or to be used as an essential method in recovery for tougher sessions. We also assist individuals extra work with specific videos to target areas whereby mobility will need improvement.

We often use these sessions to precede other sessions – as it serves as an excellent warm up to more challenging and complex training approaches. However, doing on their own is still of huge benefit to participants!



Specifically – we target the circulatory & respiratory systems – or cardio training in more general terms. Cardio fitness as a basic term relates to how effectively the body utilises different energy systems for the demands of necessary tasks. So, for example, if you are a distance runner – a different capacity of conditioning is needed than that of a gymnast or sportsperson.

Our sessions focus on different ends of the spectrum and are written to compliment our strength sessions – rather than overload the same modality of fitness. As a result, conditioning sessions will help with your ability to be life-fit, no matter what it throws at you! These sessions will generally also expend a great deal of calories, helping with weight loss & overall health!



Our movement sessions promote a ‘back-to-basics’ approach with the objective of building foundations in predominantly bodyweight-only movements. With such availability of equipment available, we find that often movements that form the basis of our genetic ability become undertrained & neglected. Pull ups, push ups, full range of movement squats & lunges – we see these as essentials for the ”everyday athlete” and our movement sessions aim to restore the ability to complete these well and with control.

Achieving competence in primal movement patterns which we should all have capacity for become initial goals. Following on from these foundations we integrate handstand progressions, rope climbs, muscle-ups and more for unique & challenging sessions!



NEW TO THE TIMETABLE! Our Elements effect class combines the 4 cornerstones of our class approach into one total-body, time efficient session. Over 30 minutes we seamlessly intertwine different modalities of fitness, including different approaches from our full length timetable sessions. If you are short on time and need to escape the stresses of a taxing desk job – this class will reinvigorate your energy & provide some much needed realignment to counter the stresses of modern living.

As this represents our weekly approach into just 1 session, The ELEMENTS EFFECT also serves as a great choice for a taster session. Unsure whether the Elements approach is for you? This class will undoubtedly assist your realisation of our ethos & approach in a timely manner.



What is FITNESS FLOW? From years of exercise participation we know the value of good quality recovery. Our Flow class takes inspiration from a wide range of different strength & flexibility approaches, such as Yoga, Balance & Co-ordination exercises. Abdominal, Back & Shoulder strength and the ability to control the entire body through forces from different planes & directions.

Working on mobilising key areas to prime for our flow section, we challenge differing muscle groups and movement patterns, moving on to the ”play” section where different poses are presented to you to challenge both your physical and mental resilience.  Finishing up with either some extra core strength work or developmental stretching techniques leaving you feeling strengthened & lengthened!



Join in on our fun & inclusive weightlifting club sessions. Our coaches certifications include BWL, CrossFit & Olympic Lifting for Sports qualifications meaning that whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced lifter – we can help cast an objective eye over your technique and offer more coaching input during the session than otherwise may be possible. So if your bag is hitting big numbers in powerlifting, mastering the Clean & Jerk or Snatch, or lifting to optimise athleticism – THIS IS THE GYM CLUB FOR YOU!

We have basketball players working on jump height, Cross fitters lifting big to crush WODs & everyday athletes working on crisp barbell turnovers & transitions through to junior athletes and beginners mastering Squat & Deadlift fundamentals. It’s noisy, loud, and ALOT of fun – and if that’s your bag, you need to get involved!



We have fully qualified, accredited Strength & Conditioning coaches working with athletes on a wide range of ages & levels – from professionals being international competitors in their fields, to local amateurs who compete for fun & enjoyment! No matter which level you represent at, we guarantee that we can help you up your game & identify areas that your gym-based work can carry over to sport, competition or event.
