We are stepping up our game with the first Kaizen Throwdown
A fitness cocktail of athletes putting their body on the line mixed with The Red Bull Team, Mexican Food and Stridez bringing the sock game this is going to be our biggest event yet

- 12 Mixed Teams of fierce competitors

Workout Standards:
*30/50kg Barbell, 10/15kg DB
* No high skill lifts or gymnastics
Team Requirements :
2 Male + 2 Female
Each team must have a minimum of 2 skipping ropes.
T-shirt sizes and Team Names needed on sign up
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are able to be issued for any reason. It is the responsibility of the teams participating to ensure that they are able to compete on the date given.
Team participants can be amended at ANY POINT up to the event however, allowing for flexibility for the team organiser to arrange contingency plans in advance of competition date
