A disciplined approach to health and fitness has been at the forefront of my development since an early age. Many years growing up within a military lifestyle led me to develop a passion for fitness .
Through my college years played a multitude of sports including rugby, basketball and football. I also competed in yearly athletics competitions. Alongside these I took part in Aikido , Mixed Martial Arts and Fencing. Upon my return to mainland U.K I started upon the process of training and application for the Royal Marines which structured my fitness regime to covering all aspects of health and fitness which later on led to me joining the British Army Reservists.
Through the years my training has developed from sports specific to bodybuilding to my current regime of becoming a more well rounded athlete in the sport of crossfit. I have developed and trained skills within gymnastics , weightlifting alongside sport specific strength and conditioning.
Now my combined knowledge within Sports therapy , Strength and conditioning coaching and as Crossfit Level 1 coach , my approach to delivering objective based training and programming is at the heart of my coaching. My experience has ranged from injury rehabilitation to sports development for my clients

WE HIGHLY VALUE THE ‘PERSONAL’ ASPECT IN PT – WE GET TO KNOW YOU FIRST & HELP OVERCOME POTENTIAL BARRIERS!
Based on your experience, ability, and on information gathered in Step 1, you will then be offered a session to assess where you are in relation to your goals. This should give us a set of results to see which areas need improvement to reach your goals. We assess basic movement, mobility and fitness at this stage.
IF YOU’RE NOT ASSESSING, YOU’RE GUESSING! WE ENSURE THE PLAN DELIVERED IS TRUE TO YOUR NEEDS & ABILITY!
REVIEWING YOUR PLAN IS CRUCIAL TO LONG TERM PROGRESS – WE GIVE YOU ALL THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO GET TO WORK!
HOW DOES PT DIFFER AT ELEMENTS FROM OTHERS?
We have a bespoke and totally unique approach to 1-1 coaching. From the first consultation session where we will help you identify areas in your own perceived needs that you may not be aware of.
To our assessment protocol will enable us to thoroughly plan out your roadmap to success and no matter which training style suits your goals the most, we will identify the ways that will ensure you get there – while keeping you informed of the WHY behind the WHAT at every stage of your training.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE FROM PERSONAL TRAINING?
The answer to this lies solely with yourself. We will provide you with everything you need to get to your destination – but it’s on you to walk through the door!
I’VE HEARD PERSONAL TRAINERS ARE JUST THERE TO ‘BEAST ME’, IS THIS TRUE?
In a word, NO. Improving your fitness is tough, but we go through extensive planning with you to ensure your training follows progressive overload, allowing you to make adaptations, recover and come back stronger ready to do it all again! Although exercise must CHALLENGE YOU, to make progress, you need to be able to stick with it!
HOW LONG ARE THE APPOINTMENTS?
Generally, the consultation & assessment session is between 60 & 90 minutes, from there, 1 hour is the standard session length.
I’VE HEARD IT’S EXPENSIVE – IS THIS SO?
As with any service – you are paying a skilled professional for their time and expertise. We have a wide range of options however to suit most budgets. We are happy to run through these with you on request!
