The quality or state of being physically strong. “squatting can help you build up your strength” synonyms: power, brawn, brawniness, muscle, muscularity, burliness, sturdiness, robustness, toughness

Upper body work will include Press and Row variations

  • TENSION: Learn how time under tension forms basis for strength
  • FORCE: Absorb and produce force to increase your lifting potential
  • BALANCE: Your overall strength with our targeted programs
  • POWER: Understand Foundations, Olympic lifs, Plyometrics & Ballistics

Once the basics of movement have been improved, and muscle balance restored, transition to the strength sessions will become granted. These advanced sessions will focus on building a good base of strength with Squat & Deadlift variations. Upper body work will include Press and Row variations and later in the program will be incorporating Olympic lifting, Plyometric and Ballistic power development to make you strong AND fast.
