  • The 10-week program will progress you each week from a beginner level to being able to complete calisthenic basics such as
    • PULL UPS
    • PUSH UPS
    • ASSISTED HANDSTAND HOLDS
  • With our intermediate program leading onto more advanced movements such as
    • PLANCHE variations
    • FRONT / BACK LEVERS
    • PISTOL SQUATS
    • AND MORE….

    • Please ensure that you are able to attend the majority of sessions – lots will be covered week to week and the instructor will plan progressions accordingly – but consistent attendance is essential to build the strength needed to complete the objectives
    • NO REFUNDS will be offered UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES – so please be aware that once you have made your purchase you are committed to the program
    • IF for any reason, Elements is responsible for sessions being cancelled – the session will be refunded to you based on the session cost as part of a block payment for 10 sessions
    • In the event of a lock down over the course, your sessions will be redeemable on future programs, and in the event of this not being possible – you will be offered access to 13-week from home training program OR 1 month of gym membership – this must be discussed on an individual basis should this occur
