Once the basics of movement have been improved transition to the strength sessions will become granted.These sessions are applied with a great amount of planning - and we move from uni-lateral and stability work through to max effort, heavy lifts
Our conditioning sessions will be a culmination of all of our classes. Understanding good movement patterns and body control under fatigue builds resistance to injury and empowers us to make positive long-term changes to everything we do!
All of our Elements members will receive a thorough induction process into our facility where we will guide you through all the necessary steps to realise your goals, and to ACTUALLY SEE where and how you CAN and WILL make progress.
