1. CONSULTATION

You will have an in-depth consultation session where our coaches will help gain an understanding of the direction your training should take based on your goals. This will include talking through fitness experience and any injuries. This is a relaxed discussion to get to know you as an individual.

2. ASSESSMENT

Based on your experience, ability, and on information gathered in Step 1, you will then be offered a session to assess where you are in relation to your goals. This should give us a set of results to see which areas need improvement to reach your goals. We assess basic movement, mobility and fitness at this stage.

3. PROGRAM

Your coach will have prepared your training program and outlined which of our unique classes would be suitable for your development by the next session. You will be guided through this to reap the benefits and ensure you have the ‘know how’ to achieve the results you want.

4. REVIEW

After you have completed the program, we will review your progress. The review is after the initial 4-6 week period and allows you to see in data how you’ve improved. It also allows you to plan the next steps of your training regime with your coach and discuss any changes you wish to make.
