*session times must be booked at the same time & day each week – more flexibility MAY be able to be offered – but we would advise that this needs to be confirmed prior to redemption of the offer
*failure to attend any of your weeks 1-1 sessions (FOR ANY REASON) will not be refunded, if Elements coach cannot make session for emergency reasons – we will allocate you another coach, or arrange an alternative time
*this offer is non-refundable, we are committing to honour the sessions and once each time slot has been filled, that time will then be allocated to you EVERY WEEK.
